Charles comments about his experience:
"Earning an MBA has been a goal of mine for many years. The partnership and support from Mosaic and Bellevue University created the path for me to achieve this milestone. My professors and classmates also made it one of the best educational experiences I've had.
I've always had the desire to advance professionally. I've been able to apply the education I received throughout the program to my current role as a Development Officer. Strategic planning is an important part of what I do, and I feel confident that I've strengthened my skills in the process.
As I look to continue growing my career, having a better understanding of how the many different systems inside an organization work together and affect each other is crucial. I'm better prepared to take on those challenges and take on more leadership responsibilities. This accomplishment will help open more doors to greater opportunities.
Time was the toughest obstacle to overcome because I was a non-traditional student with a family and a job that requires traveling. I appreciate Bellevue University for their dedication to creating degree programs designed for non-traditional students."
